How sensitive? Does it change the behaviour of the car in terms of throttle response?
Throttle respond doesn't change, But the pedal gets lighter, which you need to put less force on the pedal.
If you go that route, I would advice, to make the cable longer (Link above Stated), which the engine bounces front and back.
The Cable shown in the link, is to short, which will not clear the movement from the engine, Just make the cable a little longer then that.
