What could be wrong with my car? Please help!

My engine has been running really rough for about a week now . i had the balance belt and timing belt that didnt fix it. car still runs weird under 2500, no codes... No knock, timing and o2 voltage are good all the way to redline. crank was at tdc when the cams were lined up so no biggie right? Compression test results are 30,140,140,150, #1 is shot. the car still hauls ass above 2500 rpms and it runs way smoother. just under 2500 its really rough.

The cars not blowing anysmoke really, just a lil if it sits for a while: but it was doing that before the motor was acting up. I just wanted to get a few more ideas before getting it fixed or sell the thing.

If the crank was at TDC when the cams were lined up you probably bent valves in #1, hence the low compression #'s on that cylinder. Run a leakdown test to be sure of where the air is going.

I agree with huafist, Your valves in #1 are probably bent all to hell. Just do the leakage test like huafist said. shoot ya some compressed air into the plug hole in that cylinder and have someone listen to see where the air is coming out at. (exhaust, dipstick, etc)
