What color to paint my car? [Merged 4-8]

OK guys I turn to my faithful dsm brothers to help me make the toughest decision ever. What color? Design? Any ideas guys? I was gonna keep the top black and paint the bottom a dark ford metallic blue. But I am painting the car so I can do any design I want. Im taking all suggestions, and I kinda wanna keep to the blue because my neons and harnesses are blue, thanks guys.

I would do that black cherry color the 1st gens have and then with the black roof , that would be sweet

blue to black looks cool, but my favorite has been a blue to silver fade of some sort.

Well now its time to paint my car. The guy we bought it from painted it himself so you can imagine what that looks like. There are a few run spots that you can only see when you get really close but i still dont like it... so i have decided to get it painted but not sure what color....

PS: Should i leave or take the spoiler off... i got a park bench up there

i vote for red because i'm just into red car i guess... I just like how red car with carbon fiber hood, black/gunmetal rims, front lips... i just think it just looks nice but i wont mind going to some other custom color like 350z blue or silver...

I vote white cuz it's just one of the best colors on a 2g. Black also looks good but you can see the swirls in the paint after only a few months. I didn't vote for blue because I'm trying to keep my paint job a little rarer.

Yellow! Pretty rare and the right Yellow looks sweet, especially on a 2G.

i did get a different u color u dumb@ss im pretty sure thats not a stock color
thats like u going and getting like bright lambo orange paint and then someone goes and copies u exactly yes i know u can get away from it but i encourage ppl to be unique not copy if all the cars look the same they would be boring which is 1 when some 1 is liek thats ugly or w/e it ticks me off b/c every 1 has there own taste..dude if u wanna know what color to get ur car painted u sit down and look at colors u think look good and do what ever u want...plus u probably already know what u want and ur just asking ppl what they think so u dont get bashed for what u like.

I'd say to get a laser blue, similar to the ones that are on the previous generation civics. That or black and then get black rims with polished rims.

I voted for blue... I plan on doing a nice darker blue with slitly larger flakes. Goodluck on your choice... and where do u plan to have it painted... and how much u looking to spend?

I think there is nothing sweeter than a White 2G DSM..but it needs to be modified to the following:
17 or 18" rims, black with polished lip
lowered
the center piece on the back of the car should have the eclipse lettering removed, painted white, then put the lettering back on when done.
stock turbo wing

White also doesn't show water spots as much, although dirt will appear better. Black is a paint in the ass to take care of, dirt shows up well, water spots do, and scratches appear well too.

So I voted white.

so im going to be painting my car soon and im going to be doing it with some of my friends and myself. I wanted to know what color i should do it, black like gloss, flat black or white. im kinda keeping it a sleeper. Yes this is my first time painting it btw, but i cant hurt the paint even if i do a bad job, cuz the paint on it now has become two tone thanks for any advice
