I'm tryinh to dial in my idle with link and my front O2 is not cycling. Its only showing .06v on start up and operating temp. Also timing is all over the place 12*-17* at idle. If i was informed correctly a crapped out 02 won't let the ecu out of open loop. Is that correct? I'd post a log but i haven't figured how to yet.

That's correct.

If it's not cycling, it's more than likely dead.

Good deal thanks bro, i was hoping thats why it was staying in open loop. Should i move my WB to the front O2 and run narrowband sim? Also i noticed my operating temp was at 206*F shouldn't it be at 190ish?

You could put the WB o2 in the stock place with narrowband sim. The only downside is that the sensor doesnt last as long in that spot due to heat exposure. As for the 206 temp, thats pretty normal and actually your fans should come on around that temp. 190 is the temp your thermostat is fully open not what your coolant temps should stay at.
