While tuning for idle, I realized that the "Global deadtime" for my RC 550cc injectors is >400us while maintaining the proper AirflowperRev, CombinedFT, and WBFactor. I know battery voltage also plays a role in the deadtime, but tuning for idle @ 12v or 14v still yields a deadtime that's a little more than twice the suggested time, is this normal?

I'm aware that the recommended 180us is a suggestion, but twice the deadtime setting seems a little suspicious. I suspect this may be an issue with fuel delivery, am I headed in the right direction? If yes, I suppose the issue could be with any one or more of the fuel delivery system: injectors, fuel pump, fuel filter, and/or fpr, right?

Can someone look at the attached logs to offer some feedback, please? I was informed, on a different matter, that the vehicle is experiencing some misfire. I haven't diagnosed the issue yet. I've also performed a BLT -- no leaks identified.

Vehicle stats:
96 Eclipse GSX
K&N filter, 16G, 1g BOV (recirculated), ETS FMIC, HKS 264/272 cams.
3" exhaust, not cat, emissions delete.
RC 550cc, Walbro 190 lph (rewired), stock fpr, new OEM fuel filter, stock fuel rail.
BPR7ES (0.028"), NGK wires.
ECMlink v3.

Thank you,

I am not sure exactly what is going on here. Your Front O2 signal looks really strange, possibly indicating some type of fuel issue or misfire. It is not a clean looking cycle. I understand you are using NB sim, but there are long swings (~5 seconds) of lean conditions and 3 second rich conditions. If you set the dead time back to 180, how does that affect it? Do you have a log of that? I would start by ruling out mechanical problems. Verify fuel pressure, plug gap, base timing(if applicable), fuel pump voltage, etc. After that, you may want to look into having your injectors cleaned and balanced depending on age to eliminate that as a variable. Its also possible that your injectors aren't matched well which is causing your issue.
