What can I take out of my DSM to make it quicker ?

Hey whats up sorry for the newb like question, but I know alot of people take out the AC unit , cruise controll, power steering out of there cars. and i was just wondering how benifical it is. what are the UPs and DOWNs. My car is somewhat of a daily driver and the summers here are hot as hell so im not shure i wana sacrifice my AC but if it makes that big a diff i guess i could just put the windows down . So any comments would be apreicated. thanks in advnaced

I have an apexi rsm , apexi s-afc 2 , walbro 255 fuel pump, hallmann MBC, auto metter boost and egt gauge. im plan on doing full maintanance and getting a act 2600 clutch next

Maybe try filling out your mod list in your profle, Thats what it is there for. It will help in aiding any other questions you may have in the future.

why do you want to lighten your car? well I would say get rid of the god forsaken useless back seats... we all know those seats are a joke and are decorations anyways... I cant because I have wires and people who like to ride in them (Wierd cuz even my 10 year old cousin doesnt have enough room but somehow girls fit in them) But yeah those will save you some weight and are utterly useless...

And you could get rid of your spare... and since you dont have a spare who needs a jack.... but thats kinda dangerous if your tire ever goes just to let you know...

the back seats weigh nothing if they are leatrher...I took mine out and seriously I think they weigh like 5 lbs... the spare will help for sure though...I think buscherracing.com has a list of things you cant ake off on it as well

Go on a diet, lose 15lbs, and get a new turbo.

Unless you tub the car out, weight savings really isnt an issue. Plus you still have the stock turbo im guessing.
