what can i expect from a 13g?

how much boost can i run on a 13g with manual trans cams manual trans ecu and 450 injectors? or with the a/t cams 450 injectors and m/t ecu. just wondering on the best setup with the crap i got to work with since this swap left me broke now. i also plan on running straigh through exhaust, no cat and some sort of aftermarket muffler.

first of all if u have the n/t pump i think that isnt as powerful as the turbo one(not sure) i believe the manual cams u want over the autos...

is this a 4g63t or a 4g63 with the 13g put on..bc they have different compression ratios

its a 4g63 turbo engine not a 4663 n/a and im usin the turbo fuel pump the engine was out of an auto tsi

The 13G flows about 11% less than a 14b (360 vs 405CFM).

That said, you should expect just a little less performance than you would out of a 14b.

i want to replace all of my intercooler piping and i plan to go with a front mount intercooler. so i figure why not do it now. i plan to go with a big16g later but i want to know if i will have any problems running a fmic with a 13g, or mybe, could there be any increase? what if i turned up boost a little

when I had my 13g in my car, spooling was very quick but started dying after about 80mph. Its good if you want something for the street that dosent need big injectors or a big fuel pump.

it will hurt you if you put a 13g with a front mount. The best you can boost it like 14psi before it starts to crack. Mine cracked at stock boost. Cracks on the exhaust housing.
