First off I own a 1999 GS-T A/T with only 67,000 miles on the car. Okay i brought a ported 2G head which still needs some work done to it. I already know what I'm getting for it, but it never hurts to get some advice. For my head I will have a mahince shop putting in.

Cylinder Head:
1. Manley Valves Standard (Full Intake 34mm & Exhaust 30.5mm Set)
2. SI Bronze Valve Guides
3. 4G63 Revised lifters
4. Crower 4G63 Spring and Retainer Kit
5. TopLine Rocker Arms
6. Ferrea 4G63T 16 Valve DOHC Valve Stem Seals
7. SBR Crower 64416-2 New 264/272 cams
8. Unorthodox Racing Ultra TR cam gears

Tranny:
1. SBR LSD
2. IPT End Clutch Kit
3. Translab Shift Kit
4. IPT Custom High-Stall Torque Converter
5. OEM Throw Out Bearing

7 bolt Block:
???????????

Okay here's were I need help I have no clue what I can really do for my 7 bolt block. I was just going to put in ross/eagle combo, but rather hear members out first. I do not want to switch over to a 6 bolt for one. So If you have any advice or opinions. I'm here to listen. Thank you

Everything looks good. As for the block, Ross/Eagle with ARP rod and head studs. You also could do a MLS headgasket and some Clevite/ACL bearings. While you're at it, do all your maintance. Timing, water pump etc...

i completely agree wity red97eclipseboy, but if you are sticking with the fwd/ auto trans then i would spend like another 500-1000 on a billet torque convertor, this is where you loose most of your power, and see if you can find a strong valve body. if u plan on doing the trans work yourself, i would highly recomend completely researching this job before you jump right into it. :talon:

Alright thank you for some advice. My goal is just 400-450 whp, as a street/strip car.

Which size of Clevite/ACL bearings would I need, and also which ones just the Rod bearings, or Main bearing? thanks

If you aren't getting any machine work done then stock bearing size will work. I would get both rod and main bearings if you are tearing the whole motor apart. Get it bored a little over as well to ensure you got the cylinder walls nice and straight. Rehone at the least.
