Buying a set of wheels on CL but not for the wheels (wrong bolt pattern); I'm buying them for the almost brand new (1 month old) set of Cooper uhp tires that come with them 235/40/18's. Wheels and tires for $400. Should be able to sell the rims quick for ~ $250 I would think. So, in the end $150 for the tires, not a bad deal.
Thing about the rims though, the guy got them with his car and doesn't know the brand. Says it just has VIA and JIL stamped on them which I've found out is a safety certification stamp and doesn't tell me much except that being certified they are probably decent wheels at least. I would like to know what they are so when I list them for sale.
Maybe somone who knows wheels better than me can tell from the ad picture what wheel brand this is:
Picking them up tonight and can post better pic's tomorrow if needed.
