My educated guess based on my previous experience with evos... They're Gramlights 57R wheels spec: 18x9.5 +22 offset with 255/35/18 tires.

Edit: I meant to say 255/35/18 tires not 235

How do you get a 18x9.5 with a such a low offset to fit like that without a lot of poke? Seems like you’d have to run a high offset to clear the big brakes.

And the tires are a 255/35/18 federal rsrr 595. Would make sense it being an 18x9.5

A narrower wheel makes up for the lower offset.. As far as clearing the Evo brembos generally you need a lower offset. Wheel spoke design will determine offset.

Remember the lower the offset the more the wheel is pushed out, the higher the offset the more the wheel sits closer in.

Look at my example.. I'm currently running stock Evo 9 wheels 17x8 +38 (same size and offset as all Evo 8-9 wheels including MR BBS) with stock Evo size tires 235/45/17

On my car a stock Evo 8-9 wheel with stock size tires sits about an inch inside the wheel well/fender.
