What are these hoses for?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what these hoses are for? I don't have a charcoal canister setup and want to create one as I'm tired of smelling gas fumes. Pics attached

Looks like it used to go to your charcoal canister and they just didn't remove it that far.

yup.. its the charcoal canister / fuel tank vent...

Some say to cap it.. some say to leave it open..

Personally mine is capped.. has been for ~6 years with no issues what so ever. That is assuming you have removed your emissions equipment.

I don't see the canister so it must be removed. I just left mine open but pointed down.

Thanks for clarifying.

What's happened is those hoses are open and the canister itself is located in the bumper disconnected from everything.

I was thinking routing those hoses then into the canister and then into intake? Or can I run those hoses directly to intake?

I have no ac, the egr is blocked and all those solenoids by the brake reservoir are also removed.
