What are the steps for torquing down the head?

I have a 4g63 6-bolt first gen motor. What are the steps of torquing down the head with a Mitsubishi Motorsports 4 layer metal head gasket with ARP head studs? Plez let me know ASAP!!!!!

i went 2 steps

65lbs

then 80lbs

you'll get alot of different answers

alot say go 3 steps, i guess it depends on your engine parts

deck surface, and head surface
