Just wanted to share a few pics from what I did today. After about 5 years, I decided to finally get rid of the giant spoiler on the car. There's a whole bunch of holes left in the car, but it looks damn good if you ask me.

Took the large wing off the Evo and replaced it with a modified lancer wing yesterday

You know what you should do now... Debadge it from the Evo Logo's... Locate some Lancer Ralliart Wheels, not the OZ Wheels, the 17" Ralliart Wheels which are 5 spoke. And install those... That would be massive sleeper... install a Ralliart Badge on the trunk and the front grill... that would be hawt!

IMO Personally, I think that the low wing looks ghey, it makes the car look like a cheap Lancer and for a $30+k car at that. I say put the stock high wing back on. Just my 2 cents.

A stock cheap lancer that would smoke all of us... The Ralliarts look hot! Anodize? no To shiny! Ceramic Coat the FMIC Black..., Keep the evo bumpers... Install the Ralliart Wheels, the Ralliart Badges instead of the Evolution Badges... Hot shit!

I've seen some GSX's... they put the 2ga bumpers on...16" steelies with hub caps, went wingless... made it look just like a cheapo RS... ... Just to play with things on the street hehe.

I agree put some nice black 18" rims on that car and it will look nice. Put the wing back on though, . Here are some cheap black rims that I bought off of ebay. I payed $500 for all 4 of them. They are call BSA Wheels. Heres a picture of them.

Hey, chill out! I swear you are thinking of the wrong lancer. But then again, why does it matter? Its a newer car then all of ours... and in much better condition then yours and mine...! So weather it looked like the "junk $10k Lancer" or not, its still a 30grand evo... BTW, where the hell are you finding Ralliarts for 10k? Send me that direction! Cheapest Lancer I've seen is the really ugly pos Special Edition ones with the hubcaps for no less then 13k.

Oh I have black rims for it Just don't have tires yet Plus there are more pressing matters (I had a bolt get into the t-belt and grind my motor to a stop, hoping I just need to replace the belt and crank sprocket although I may end up having to pull the head if the timing jumped)

No, just under there as an additional safety precaution in case for some odd reason it decides it wants to jump off the jackstands.

Well the only way I will go winglrless is that I have a carbon fiber truck but it does look good on some car. Now for the lancer it is a nicer car and I like the evo wing on it but I guess it is a nice sleeper. and I agree with InfiniteGSX about everything he said ..... Just remove the logo on it.

I have a spyder. And i never knew about it. Until i put my other tails in. And then i was amazed.
And can't say i admire the wingless eclipses. I only bought one so i could get the wing on the back. Although the spyders don't have the wing i was looking for.
