97 GST ATI was pushing the car pretty hard last night, was acting like normal, pulling hard. Then the next morning I take off to go to work like normal. Let the car warm up, idled fine, then as I start to move the car starts to make this weird sound almost as if something was rubbing, like maybe inner fender thing, so I stop look and I see nothing. Then I drive again and still making the noise, the car still drove fine, turbo working like always. But damn sound coming from engine bay somewhere, friends think its a sound coming from the intake side of things, like a houl, maybe a leak in the charge pipes. I stoped driving it, in fear of it being something serious. I drove it again later in the day and now the belts are squeaking loud enough to hear inside the car. Any thoughs on what this sound could be.
