Hi i have a 92 eagle talon non turbo, and the problem it is having is that my clutch will engage right when i pump the s*** out of my clutch but then when im driving down the road and it feels like my peddle is lossing the pressure and will engage but will make my gears grind when I go to shift, I had already put a new master cylinder and a new slave and have gravity bled it and also bled it 10-15 time but it is still having the problem also I have an extended slave pin and the master pin is fully ajusted,Also it does have a brand new clutch in it i want to fix this problem quick before it does hame to my tranny, anyone have advice what the problem might be

check the actual pedal assembly itself and the rod that connects the pedal to the master cylinder. If you have already replaced the slave and master cylinder, and bled the lines, then you know what that makes me think? Maybe you have a bad line or something to that effect. When you bleed the clutch, does it help, and then die again? Then you bleed, and it works, then goes bad? I have seen a few cars do this, albeit few and far between. Start checking for any signs of fluid along the lines. Run your hands down them like a woman's body looking for signs of moisture. I mean, really, you have replaced a bunch of stuff. Just use deduction. Keep looking for leaks of some sort. Maybe even the fork that moves the bearing in and out on the clutch is bent? Im just throwing out possibilities.

If you bleed, and then its good, then bad again until you bleed it, then you are getting air in the lines.. If not, then its mechanical..

Sounds like the same problem i had when i had put a custom SS line in, But mine would loose fluid over time making the petal stick to the ground and then it would be stuck like that. So i would have to pull over every day and top thing thing up untill i got it fixed. Now i got it fixed and it works like a charm!

Well I know its not a hydrolic leak because im not losing any brake fluid out of my master cylinder but what what bothers me is that i have spent so much time and money in trying to get this thing running right, but if i had air getting in my lines wouldnt it just not engage at all when you pump up the peddle...but I did take a a look at the peddle assembly at it thoughlly and i seen something that might have been wrong with it the arm right near the master cylinder the piece that looks like a pin goes into it is bent to s*** the pin isnt going in it right will this cause the symptoms im talking about oh yea i also forgot to mention that there is about an inch or two of free play where there is no pressure at all but if i do really get pissed at it and pump it so much that one time it didnt want to go when it was in gear but tonight ill try and get a picure of it and mabye a video of whats going on because dont want to replace the clutch line again and thanx for your advices
