I was heading home from the movies last night when i realized my engine was making a rattling/clicking noise from around the cam gears or driver side of the engine, im not exactely sure what it is. Could it be a loose rocker arm or something of that nature. It only makes the sound below 2000rpm's. Any answers or suggestions??

there is a tech article on that, not sure where it is but that Tapping is a common problem and can be solved by lucas oil additive. I believe this maybe the problem, I will try and find the article.

Lifter tick is a possibility, but it is not the only reason why your vehicle would make that noise. It is also not typically specific to the driver's side though it can be if those are the lifters that are ticking. Check your crank pulley for seperation. Also, do you have more engine vibration at idle?
