1G Web cams should I run them?

I bought a motor that was rebuilt 14 years ago and has not ran.. it has webcams in it, all the reviews I see say that they are not the best.. should I run them or get stock cams for now
 
Those are a decent street grind, comparable to 262-268 advertised duration cams from other manufacturers. They don't have as aggressive lift as some, but you should still use aftermarket valve springs. They will give you more midrange and a little more up top with basically no sacrifice in low rpm torque.
