2G Weak spark in 2 cylinders

Okay so I know normally, it would be obvious that a coil is going out but it's 1 off of each coil. The left picture, it's number 3 and 1. Now before I go testing everything I was wondering if with having no cas because it's a 95 motor, and the p.o put a evo 3 coil pack on it could that for some reason cause this issue or should I go test it?

95 still has cas its behind the right cam gear

test the coils, if you cant find something on another thread or forum let me know ill see if I could find it.

Thanks ill start with the coil, I didnt want to start testing a bunch of stuff it something I had on the car doesn't quite like to "play" with each other. So ill test the coils next, I almost want to just replace them but ill see how the test comes out

If they're more than a few years old maybe a good idea to replace anyways. I've seen many cars/ trucks when getting weak voltage from one sometimes the others aren't far behind.
