I drive a 95 gs-t, 95K miles, etc. I do regular maintainence myself, and before I took it to the track today I made SURE it was mechanically sound. (no blowby, all sensors a go, the works). I had never been to the track, so I wasn't exactly used to the tree, but I got the hang of it after a while. I only have basic mods, port/polished throttle body, 3 in. downpipe, 3in. straight pipe (nocat), compressor bypass valve, the basics. My best time was a 15.8. Maybe it's just me, but even if I am that bad at driving, it should still run better than almost a second slower than STOCK. Any thoughts would help. Oh, and if there is another forum I should have posted this on, let me know.Track conditions:
5300 ft. above sea level
73 degrees F
19% humidity
Absolute baro 24.01
Did I start in a bad place with tuning?

That is a bad time. Two summers ago, when I had full N1 exhaust, an intake and BOV... I made a 14.9 @ 99mph. Mind you I had to lift a few times 'cause the wheel-hop was so intense. So intense, that my tanny blew that run. Never even got to try again. Damn wheel-hop. It's on tape somewhere, but I'll never find it. Oh, and I had my current suspension mods as well.
