Water pulley was the culprit

Ok I previously had squeaking sounds and grinding sounds so i went to investigate took off to alt belt and water pump and took the pulley off, TA DAH it was the water pump wobbling and it was off causing the belt to screech so im guessing the person before me put it on wrong... what is the correct was to put it back on can some one get some pictures i know wthere is like 4 ways to get it on but only 1 is right and wondering!!!! is it safe to run the car with the alt belt and water pump pulley and belt off just to make sure she is running correctly and driving ok but i dont wanna overheat so ill shut it off quickly thanks!!!!!!!
 
Ok here are the two pulley's I labeled which side your looking at if you cant tell, I wanna do this right this time which side touches which???? here are pictures

The pullies meet with the recessed sides toughing (back to back.) The smaller pulley goes back over the water pump, which looks like it's upside down. Then the outer pulley goes on recessed back so they meet. Hope this helps.

OH, and I would NOT drive a car without a water pump belt on!
 
ok how the heck do you get the power steering water pump belt on????? Its hard to make sure the WP pulley is lined up then the belt wont go on its tight as a mother????? there a certain way to do this?? help?
 
You loosen the alternator up? I always pushed the adjustment screw out of the top of the alternator slid the belt on and used a pry bar to put it back in place.
