Wastegates

I havn't been able to find an answer to this even though I thought AMS would have once since they have a similar setup. On a manifold such as this do the wastegates work in parallel or in series?
Ex. Install 2 wastegates each with a 20psi spring. Will the turbo run at 20psi or 40psi?
I'm guessing 40 since its 20 in each divider. Can someone reassure me on this.

I'm not sure if I'm answering the right question, but if you have 13 wastegates and they're all set up to open at 20psi, you're going to run 20psi.

it would only allow 20, will only make as much boost as the weakest spring can handle

Funny you ask that - I have that same manifold, and I'm running dual blue springs (1.4 bar/21.3 psi) in both of my Tials. It holds 20 psi rock solid.
