1G warm Idel Prob.

ok so I have a problem that developed it only has a up and down idle after it is warmed up when I come to a stop light and push in the clutch the car will idle from 1000-1500 like 3 to 4 times then it will settle down to normal idle dose it every time.. Weather this matters but if I come to a stop light and push the clutch in to shift to neutral and let it back out it will only do it maybe 2 times. The only boost leak I have is in the throttle body seals but it is very small. would this be causing it. I thought was the ics motor because when you turn the key to on it will start making a erratic noise(moving) not sure if that is normal any ideas.

It's pretty normal to hear the ics move before actual start up. But I'd recommend fixing any leaks before you pour money into stuff like a bad ics. You can often test the ics it rather simple. Your basically checking the coils resistance. But a leak at the throttle body will throw off the ecu afr and cause some weird stuff like that to happen to.
