wanting a bigger turbo need help..

so heres my problem i just bought my 1st dsm last night. the one in the profile is my borthers. mine is a 94 fwd bone stock turbo. but it has a t25 on it, i want to do full intake fmic full exhaust and a bigger turbo either 14b or 16g. my question is if i start with fmic and full exhaust will i have to change my downpipe or intercooler piping if i get a 14b or 16g in a month or so??? i will also be doing fuel mods (pump rewire and injectors) along with boost controler and boost gauge. i just need youre experience in helping me decide what to go after first to save myself time and money in the long run. thank you for any help.

Why do you have a T25 on a 1G? That's not the stock turbo...
 
My brothers stock turbo says tdo5h and has a jpipe. This one I can't see anything on the housing and the intake side kicks off towards the side mount intercooler. I think someone swapped it for a t25. I don't know why but its not a 14b. Mine and my brothers stock are too totaly different turbos.
 
maybe a t28 or 20g..? :/ Not sure why anyone one do such a down grade in turbo(t25) setup!

And as stock, there is not really much of a gain using a FMIC!
BUT no the down pipe is all the same, if you get it for the MHI hotside.
and for the FMIC, you would later have to buy the j-pipe.

VRSF's fmic is a nice decent priced one that would work great. When you decide to get you 14b or 16g you can buy the j-pipe from them.
 
Try to get a photo of the turbo from a few angles than post them. That would help us distinguish what turbo you might have, but like posted it could be a T28 or 20g
 
Well its super tiny and the wastgate actuator covers the serial plate. And like I said the side where a jpipe would be on a 14b instead kicks out towards passenger side and doesn't have a flange it just has a clamp. I don't know how to post pictures and by the time I figured it out we would all be old geezers. But ifyou post pics of a couple different turbos I will tell you wich mine is.
