Want Fans to ALWAYS run?????

Need to know what wires I can tie into gether, so that they are always on when the car is on. My exhaust under the hood temp is CRAZY hot. Can anyone help me? I know there are 2 highs and 2 lows.

95 TSi FWD 5spd

(looking for a constant always on Fan, when car is on)

wire them both to the AC fan connector. That way just have your AC/heater switch on at least 1 and your fans will be on

So im just matching the Hi's together and the lows together? And to the AC switch even though I dont have ac? Im so confused
