walbro 2g or 1g?

I have a walbro pump gss 315. from what I have researched this is a 255 that fits some 1g awd's and 3000gt tt. I have a 2gFWD GST. Will this work on my car, do I have to do something special to make it work, or just plain buy the proper one? Thanks for any help.

It will fit in your car with the proper install kit. Why you're doing that id re-wire it as well. doing
that will let the pump get FULL voltage at all time. stock our fuel pump wiring is very small.
