VOTE: what mod next

You have a good amount of power mods on the car already.

I suggest suspension uppgrades.

Because if you get the SAFC/660's you also need a logger.

Suspension Definately.

Tokico Illumina 5 Way Adjustable Shocks
These are our favorite for the 2G Eclipses. They are less harsh than the GABs or AGXs and more adjustable than the Konis. There is a 5 way adjustment at the top of the shock for both the front and rear shock for convenience. Turing the adjuster stiffens up both compression and rebound damping. Eclipse and Talon. Guaranteed by Tokico as long as you own your car.

They are available only for the '95-'99 $425 Set of four

They say Tokico's...

I would go backwards from the way you listed them. Tokico Blues and H&R springs actually ride very well on a 2G, my favorite street setup, do that first.

660s and SAFC will be good after that. Tune and fuel your 16G to good potential.

Right about then you'll heatsoak the SMIC and the FMIC will suit you well.

vrman - i actually listed them in order that popped into my head, not order of which i thought was important ;)

i've actually decided to go the way you've mentioned VRMAN, it probably is the most feasible way of attacking it. Just reading all of these custom FMIC project's going on makes my mouth water :p

:thumb: Just lookin out for you man.

I say get the shocks first. There's no point in having horsepower if you can't harnes it. Hmm . . . 660's would be pretty tight though OMG ok, on second thought, go with the injectors :thumb:

Definitely get some suspension mods. Shocks and springs make a huge difference in terms of handling and overall feel. I would highly suggest a front LSD if you can afford it too. That will definitely help you get some better launches. Hell, I have an AWD DSM and I did a lot of suspension mods before I went on to do more power mods than the previous owner had done. I love hugging turns. Don't forget that a lowered DSM looks much better too!

The little kid in me says FMIC!! Shinny and kills knock dead. The power freak side says injectors! you don't want to think about what happens when you run outa fuel at high boost. But then the reasonable side (which I hate listening to) says suspension would be the best bet for the reasons everyone else already listed. Good luck!

LOL i guess great minds to think alike

as for my final decision, i'm going with the tokico non-adjustable kit [ springs and struts ] and ingalls camber kit. with the money left over i'm going to buy that eBay FMIC from JR. heard great review about him. as for FMIC piping.. i'm sure some PVC piping and duct tape willd o

LOL he isn't going to 'melt' his engine with that small turbo and safe boost.

Go with what we discussed man, sounds like you got your head on straight.
