Has anyone used these wheels on their car. I am looking to getting a set and wondered what size different people were using and how they looked. Currently I have 18' Quantum Teks but while they were off of the car on got bent and upon putting it back on it leaked so I tried to get it straightend and it got cracked. In the volk I found that the wheel size for an 18x7.5 and an off set 40. Just curious if anyone had this size on the car in this wheel. Also does anyone know the weight of any of aftermarket wheels or even a web site that would have lists of weights. Thanks agian.

This is just my personal opinion, but if you're going to step up to spending that much on wheels, go wider with a lower offset. Like 8" or 8.5" and +38ish, IIRC off hand. Maybe a bit lower in the +30 range.

You'll thank me later when you want to put on more rubber on your wheels. 7.5" wide wheels only are really good for about 225's. But with wider wheels, you can always run a slightly narrower tire.

Note: You'll have to roll your fenders depending on your ride height, but it's not a big deal.

Volks in 17 x 7.5 weigh approximately 13-14.5 lbs each the last time I checked.
