If it has not been a long time since the shop put the flywheel in, I would take it back, and let them know. The dowl pin in the flywheel might of not set right, but thats very odd.

So you can grab onto the wheel and turn it and feel the vibration?

i had the trans out a couple days ago and put in new dail pins i know they are ok, i jacked it up and rotated the wheel by hand and you can feel its rough. i put a new axle in and the old one didnt have any metal shavings or anything. im not good with the trans and all but it there a bearing that could be bad inside the diff or something hell i dont know.:banghead::confused: let the ideas roll.

When you jack up the car does the wheel have any play at all?. Does it get louder or quieter with speed?

im not sure ill check. how should i check like in and out or what? yeah it gets alittle louder with speed and when i put the clutch in its not a bad. i hope that helps.

When they say rock the wheel they mean grab the tire from the top and bottom with your hands and see if you can move the wheel. If you have changed the wheel bearing on that side maybe its the other side that needs checking also. How are your motor mounts? Sometimes if the mounts have to much play it will cause the motor & car's chassis to make contact which would give you weird vibrations when certain stress is put on the motor (such as turning the wheel which puts added load on the motor causing added stress to the motor mounts). I hope this makes sense... keep us updated on what you find..... Corey

I haven't found the problem yet but I will let you all know as soon as I do. Sorry it's taking so long I've been pretty sick.
