Vibration Issue

Ok, my 1995 Eagle Talon AWD has a vibration. It "feels" like its in the right front somewhere.

New hub and bearings, new rotor, new shocks, new inner and outer tie rods both sides. All 4 wheels and tires balanced and checked for road force. All good.

Does not vibrate below 45 mph or above 75 mph. Does not vibrate on gravel road( cannot go above 75 on gravel....max is about 50mph on gravel.

Once I hit pavement and go into 5th gear at about 45-50 it starts to vibrate.

Now I have experimented and there is no vibration while accelerating in gears 1 thru 4. But is vibration in 5th while accelerating.

There is no vibration while decelerating in any gear.

If i feather the throttle in 3rd thru 5th it will vibrate....IE the time between acceleration and deceleration it vibrates. In other words if I am not accelerating or decelerating it vibrates ONLY IN GEAR. If I put it in neutral no vibration at all.

Alignment shows camber out on right side...-.8 vs -.4 degrees on Left side.

Any suggestions?

OH and I did search and read a post on something about not letting the drive-shaft hang while transfer case was out. Not sure the issue with that but my drive-shaft laid on a piece of cardboard on concrete for about 6 months. Before I got the motor and trans back in.

Make sure your wheels are weighted properly.You may have lost a weight.

My first thought was tire balance, too....That is why I took it in to be balanced and road force tested. Plus I swapped a left rear tire to the right front and right front to left rear and no change in vibrations.
