VFAQ on lifter remove and install

Looks like it will work, make sure your lifter is fully depressed. What happens is when you pull up on the rocker arm with the screwdriver/crowbar is that it will "rock" off the camshaft and depress the valve some so you can get it over the lifter. Give it a shot because it will suck ass taking the cams out.
 
ive attempted it a few times but its hard to jimmy it in there and maybe i just need an extra hand or so...... thanks
 
Make sure that the cam lobe is not in the way. I had my friend help me out with puttin the rocker back on and was pretty easy. Two hands are better than one. Have one person pry it up and have the other person pry it over the lifter. :thumb:
 
it might also help to see if you can have someone depress the valve spring a bit to give you more room to work with
