Very odd, bad knock. 150!!!

Ok... heres the scoop. I just put in my new ISC motor, because the old one was a piece, and the car has been so freaking weird... and it never idles right... but its running horrible. I put in my s-afc, and ive been trying to tune it but im getting 150 knock at idle, around 800-1200. At least, thats what my S-AFC is reading me. For some reason, my fuel injectors, or somewhere around there, whines so freaking bad, and usually i can hear whining by the fuel pump also. I put in 650cc injectors, and an s-afc, but i have no idea if my fuel pump was done, i would imagine... someone has done some freaky things with this car in the past, and im finding all this out now, why? Alright... well if someone could help me, i would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

Ignore the knock readings on the AFC and hook up a proper logger. If you suspect the fuel pump is taking a crap, check the voltage and/or replace it.
