Very high safc setting but still getting knock (logs inside)

First off i am trying to run a s16g@20psi with a MKIV i/c 2.5" upper/lower i/c pipes 2g maf with side honey's out and screw backed all the way out with a dejon intake pipe and k&n,bpr7's gapped at 28 magnecor wires walbro 255 rewired evo8 560cc injectors aeromotive fpr set at 43psi on this log and an safc. I have other mods but i think these are the only ones that might pertain to this question/problem.

This is my log in second gear with outside temps around 70* and 93 octane in the tank

My question/problem is i have my safc hi settings between +26-30% between 4k to 7k rpm's and i am still knocking. This just seems way too high to me and comparing them to others with similar mods. My injector duty cycle's peak around 85%. I do know that i have bad phantom knock in lower rpm's but that goes away once the car is up to temp. Could this be a bad knock sensor my o2 sensor is kinda slow could that be another possible factor. I was previously running 15psi for the winter and had it tuned pretty well with 0 knock and to tell you the truth my car doesn't seem pull much harder at 20psi with its current tune because of all this knock. I have run 20psi before with 0 knock so i just assume something is wrong.

I started with the fp at 38 and didn't see any difference in knock as for the honeycombs it didn't come with any. It was suposed too but they never made it.
 
Yes i agree with gettin the honeycombs. The 1g mas has the exact same problem once you hack it. your fuel settings have to be changed everyday because of the amout of air that doesnt get metered. get the honeycombs and start over fresh. also get that screw back to the right place. thats another one thats messing with things.

Yes i to agree about the honeycombs and i am in the process of finding some. I am pretty sure the last time i ran 20psi with 0 knock was with my old 2g maf that did have all the honeycombs still in. I believe i still had to add around +20% on the safc though.
