very high idle

hey guys i just got a new throttle body for my 2g!

i put it on and my idle is way up at 1600. i tried the biss screw and it no help, i have the biss screw tightened down and its still at 1600.

could it be that little screw that stops the throttle cable. maybe i need to open it up alittle more so it closed the throttle body..
any help!!!

Just loosen it up.
