very hard starting

ok well i just got my car back together this weekend. fully rebuilt top to bottom. my mods are in my profile. the only ecletrical component i have changed in this rebuild was the injectors. i went from 650's ti 850's. the car ran and started perfectly before the rebuild. now my problem is the cars doesnt like to start sometimes. i will crank the car and some times the car starts with out a problem. but most of the time the car takes forever to start if it does start. i mostly have to give the car like 1/4 throttle to get it to start. once it starts it runs good minus i need a new isc, idles surges. the car is throwning no codes and i let the thing run for about a hour with no problems and drove about 10 miles. its just having this starting issue. any help is greatly appriated guys.

What made you switch from the 650's to the 850's? I didn't see a fuel pump or an AFPR in your profile. Have you tired swapping back to the 650's to see if it fixes the problems?
