Did you look at the plugs? Maybe they corroded after not being used for so long.

Yea, they looked good to me. I am going to replace them anyway.

ok. Didnt work. I am out of ideas

How long did you drive your car? You know that if you reset your computer you need to drive it around for about 10-30 min so it will learn its fuel trim again. Remember you battery did go dead so the computer automatically reset it self.

Didnt drive it to long at all, started car, let warm up, drove out of the subdivision to a back road, (2min) and then went WOT

i would drive casual for about 30mins then start doing some mid rpm pulls and then some high rpm pulls. do this over and over until its back to normal. if that does not work do the infamous BOOST LEAK TEST! HAHAHA!!!

That was my next step. I just dont understand it. I logged another run, and now my timming curve is good, O2's are good. Just weird. Its like it will have power, then cut, power then cut. and so on.......in and out of power.

mine hasnt been driven in 3 months and does the same thing in a sense. only the first couple mintues then every so often after. but it doesnt just struggle for power, its like my car dies for a second then on, off , then on , fast like, and the anti lock brake light comes on when it does the cut out. fresh gas, fuel filter. maybe completely different problem. just thought i would share my problem to see if its related to yours
