2G Valve cover leak

Any ideas and how severe can I damage anything one of the valve cover bolt inside spark plug well broke off

That looks like it could be your oil cap leaking because the gasket on it failed. Try using an oem style oil cap or replace the gasket on that Mobil cap

Thank you hopefully that will help it abit I did see an oil ring when I took off the oil cap
