After some searching, I can't seem to find the answer I am looking for. But ive read a good bit about vacuum pumps. My question is, will it work great if I just plug the vacuum pump up to the brake booster and have it run at all times and plug the intake mani port?

I am interested in this as well. I want to get a hold of a vacume pump and test it to see if it need to be on all the time or if it could be pedal activated.

I have issues breaking when I come off the gas and quickly press the break with the cams I have.

Lowell, I did not, I was just tinkering with the idea of the vacuum pump. I figure since your brakes work off vacuum anyways, why not run it all the time and get a constant 20hg for breaking?
