I just got my 97 GST running and the boost gauge is reading inhg so I assume its something to do with the vacuum lines connecting to the boost controller, waste-gate actuator, inter-cooler and cold air intake i didn't install the mods to the car and don't know how the lines connect i have driven the car and every time i rev it up past 2500 rpm the turbo dose not wind up. I can rev the car up to the redline in neutral

The boost gauge is connected to the intake manifold, I have a manual boost controller thats connected to the wastegate actuator on the turbo and also connected to the intercooler and cold air intake with a T connector there are arrows on the controller and T connector pointing to the Wastegate actuator im not sure how to properly connect all of these lines and i think this is causing the vacuum pressure showing on the boost gauge but im not sure I have limited knowledge of turbos and the other components dose anyone have a diagram that shows these connections?

Your car will only be in boost when your accelerating in gear. Reading in/hg at idle is normal.....
