Vacum help

Hi , fairly new to dsm's , but i have been working on mine in my garage and some on my friends talon . My problem is my idle , it was idling at 1500 which was OK for me but now it idles at 1000 on start up but when i give gas it will go up then come down and stay between 2000 and 3000 rpm's . And i though it was a vacum problem like most idle problems are. So i started looking at the vacum lines and it doesn't match up with the vacum diagrams on my hood at all. Heres some pictures

heres more. theres on running from the fire wall by the brake booster that runs along the back off the intake and is zipptied shut ?

And i have one line from intake to both bov and wastegate
