Ok, I've looked and Searched, and Still did't get the info I want. I bought my car, Knowing Nothing about turbo cars, vaccume lines, nothing.... The owner before messed with the car, and broke one of the valves and it fell inside the engine.. I took everything appart, redid the engine, now put it back in.... now I have figure out what goes where..? There are a lot of vaccume lines missing. I know the owner before did a auto to 5spd swap, I can tell by the clutch line, and the wiring from the transmission are all missing, different slots. I will take a picture later on tonight and post it, see if anytone can help me out, Im very new to these cars, and hope to stay with this car if I can get everything done right..... Right now the car has full FMIC kit, K&N Filter, and a couple of other things...

Maybe this will help you out some http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/art...-speed-shop-vacuum-diagram-removal-1g-2g.html hope you get it all figured out. Should be able to figure out all the vacuum lines with the diagrams! Soon as you get a picture up of the hoses n stuff that aren't hooked up we will be able to pinpoint everything and get it all figured out. Just posted link to the diagrams so you might be able to get it all figured out yourself, if you still need help get us some nice pictures and we'll get it figured out!

Take all the vaccum lines off and only run ones you need(boost controll/wastegate, boost gauge, fpr,bov etc.). Unless of course you don't know somebody that will pass it for an emmission inspection(if you have them).

Do you have a after market boost controller? The one out of the side of the valve cover is the breather, it runs to an equal sized port on the intake pipe after the maf. The one on the inside intake manifold towards the passenger side I believe is the source for the bov. The ones on top of the throttle body are fine capped. The solenoids on the drivers side firewall don't need to be connected, but that is up to you. I can't remember the others now...

Road Race Engineering makes a kit called the Larson Kit, it is enough vacuum lines to redo the motor and it looks like you may need it. It was very reasonably priced and comes with high quality silicon lines to replace the crack prone rubber ones.

Oh and good luck with your project, should be a blast once it is all back together.

believe it or not, you are basically speaking to me in codes, hehe but Im learning what these things do, etc.... thanks for you guys responses, I will be getting the silicon vaccume hoses, and with the info I now know, Should help a lot..:)

This is the wastegate, you would run a vacuum line from this to the boost solenoid or to the output of your manual boost controller:

This is the boost solenoid, you do need to leave it plugged in I believe, but if you have a manual boost controller you can leave it disconnected. If not, I believe the side port connects to a vacuum port on the throttle body, and the end port connects to the wastegate. I could be completely wrong on the setup as mine has be disconnected for years.

This is the nipple for the breather hose it runs to the intake pipe and the port is referenced below

Right behind the plug at the back of the air can on this picture should be a nipple that you would connect to the picture referenced above (the breather hose)

This is the connector for the PCV valve which should be sticking out of the valve cover facing this port:

At the bottom right of this pick is the PCV valve which the above pictured nipple connects to:

These are the solenoids that you don't really have to hookup unless you want to:
