VA/MD/DC/PA....any good rebuilder out there...?

Just wanted to know if anyone in these areas willing to do a rebuild or know of any good shops in our area that are great with rebuild and at a reasonable price.
I just called on shop in our area and he's talking about 2-5k for a rebuild.....when i can go to Karkings and get a rebuild for 1150
