URGENT can my 97 gs eclipse take a 2.5 subaru rs???

okay let me break it down, and i want input,

my car is a 97 eclipse gs, stick, with intake,exhaust, ignition coils, short throw, all basic mods and has like 90 k milage on it

and my friend has a 04 subaru 2.5 rs, its got likw 165 hp automatic awd, with like exhaust and thats it

i was wondering if i could beat him in a 1/4 mile whats ## thoughts?
