Uprading 420a head..need help

Hello all. I have an extremely built 2g 420a Talon w a Hahn stage 5 FULL turbo kit on top of basically all aftermarket hi perf race parts. The car is a beast but it currently has a bent head valve.

I went ahead and purchased a nice used stock 420a head off a low mileage running Talon to swap on.

Once it's swapped on I plan to rebuild the head that's coming off with hi perf spring valves ti retainers etc. The car has crower stage 2 cams & billet AEM cam gears. This is where my biggest question comes. This is my 1st tuner. Car was built by dsm mechanic and has the best of everything except the head valve train.

What are the best valves to run? Best springs? Should I look for a complete "aftermarket" performance head and if so where would I find 1 of those?

I want the car to be reliable and have great driveability even tho this is a nice weather car that isn't needed to be daily driven but would like it to drive like 1. Is there 1 brand over the other or should I go for a complete head? My 420a produces over 500 fwhp so im looking for serious huh end parts like the crower,manley,etc I was thinking

ANY help I can get I would greatly appreciate. Thanks for your time and help in advance.
 
It baffles me that you say your making over 500whp yet dont know what parts to get to build the head? No reason to lie on the forums, that doesnt get you help. It takes much more than a hahn kit to get even 300whp from a 420a, let alone over 500 LOL. Are you running megasquirt or stock ECU?
 
As my post States I'm new to tuners. Feel free to go on Hahnaeromotive.com and look up the "stage 5 turbo kit for 420a" and see what is included and what kind of power the kit makes on a STOCK(which mine is FAR FROM) 420a LOL



I don't see the reason to be rude since I DIDNT LIE IN ANY WAY LOL.

When did I say I didn't know which part to use? I simply asked,since I'd assume the members here have more knowledge then me,which valves/springs they'd use. Feel free to contact me if you want a run down of ALL MY PARTS there is no need to try to make me "look dumb" or call me a "liar" when I'm asking for people's opinion and you have ZERO CLUE what parts/mods have been done to my motor.
 
Calm down buddy. So stock ECU or are you running megasquirt? Please give me a run down, 500whp on a 420a is a bold claim. Crower valves and springs are what you want.
 
Also until a dyno sheet is shown, your claim does not stand sorry. Not being rude that's just how it is. Highest whp 420a is 661 and that build is a flatout racecar. Are you a member of "420a, srt, or edz ONLY" on fb? If not id suggest you join.
 
Cool man thanks for the advice. I'm at work I'll send you a run down of all the parts but yes the car is a race car. This my 1st tuner I actually just found this forum and I appreciate the lead on those other sites I should check out which I'm going to do tonight after work. Thanks again man!
 
No probs, 420a power! Make a "DSM profile" for your car, you can put all your pics/info/plans etc in that for everyone to view. Under "DSM PROFILES" tab up top, then click on "create DSM profile". The "420a, srt, or edz ONLY" is a group on Facebook, just search that and make a request to join and you'll be accepted. You'll get a ton more help there because this sites mainly 4g63 people who bash or give out wrong info on the 420a.
