Upper timing cover won't line up

Ever since I changed my timing belt and put a new valve cover on, my upper timing cover will not line up correctly. The hole closest to front of car that screws into valve cover is little off but other 2 screw in perfectly. Doesn't seem to cause any issues but it really bugs me haha. Any ideas why this could be, thinking maybe the cover got warped somehow.

It's possible it got warped. Do you have any pictures? Is your valve cover any different?
