Upon further inspection I found some issues!

So I trusted my brother look under the TSi for me when I bought it , and as the old sayin goes "If you want something done right, do it yourself". I looked under the TSi myself today and I found, a fuel leak from under the back seat area, and someone jacked this car up from EVERYWHERE even the unibody frame that runs along the driveshaft, and under the radiator! Both are now bent! The radiator support isn't bad, but the frame rails are pretty bent up, to the point I was already thinking about how to get those replaced or straightened. The first time I drove the car I didn't drive it hard because I was thinking who knows when the oil, MTX fluid, and transfer case fluid where changed, and I can't stand to drive a car hard without knowing those lubes are fresh. So now that I changed all thosu fluids I went to see how the car acts being actully "driven", and while on the freeway I kept hearing a bang from the passenger side rear strut tower (I think), and the car doesn't want to engage 2nd, 4th, and reverse. How serious are these issues? Is it worth trying to fix the frame or should I be thinking about selling the car?

always look at your own car for your self,and this will not happen again. And always test drive the car and do a compress test on the motor be four you buy another car. I say sell it be four any other problems pop up.And buy a good car

I did test drive the car but I was easy on it. I just wanted to see if the engine ran sooth, the tranny & clutch felt right, any clicking from the axels, any wine or grinding from the rear dif, any wheel bearing noise, that kind of stuff. I guess seeing the aftermarket injectors, Greddy IC piping, Greddy BOV, Taylor 10.4 spark plug wires, the fact that they knew that a Hyundai valve cover was an upgrade, hearing the aftermarket fuel pump, and the overall cleaness of the car fooled me. more

My GSX suffers the same frame rail and jack meeting, too bad. I would check the rear strut mount, they can be pretty loud when they go out. Have you pulled the seat yet? The fuel tank cap may be crossthreaded or a have a damaged line. A new core support can be found for ~$175.

The frame can be fixed right? I'm most worried about the frame because it's the only thing I cant fix myself.

sure the frame can be fixed, if hammering and mashing it into place is considered a fix

What ever works! ! I'm pretty sure I can find a place that can pull these bends out. I used to do sheet meatal work, so I know some places that can make me some new frame rails stronger then stock. I didn't realize that the frame rails were just spot welded on, now that I seen that I'm not too worried.

Apparently our cars are "unibody" and what you're seeing are actually floor supports, not so much structural. Yeah is ugly but I made the same mistake too trying to jack under those box supports under my car. I was shitting bricks for a while, but even if they're mushed flat, shouldn't hurt anything much.
