Well here's a list of things that I did to my and still it will have a hard time starting up and numerous "clicking sounds" coming from the center counsel areas where the ECU is at:

-New Spark Plug Wires
-New Spark Plugs
-New fuel filter with B&M Fuel Pressure gauge.
-New Walbro 190 lph fuel pump
-New Engine Coolant Temp Sensor
-New Air Filter(hacked air can and honeycombs still in place)
-New Bosch 02 Sensor
-Replaced ECU with a know good one
-Getting fuel Pressure
-Getting Spark
-No Codes illuminating(check with homemade LED Light)
-Compression is at 145 across all 4 cylinders.

What else would cause a car have a hard time starting up if not at all? When it does start up, it will idle really sporatic, stock boost gauge will as well, and there is this clicking sound where the ECU is at. Could it be a bad Fuel pump relay? Where is that located? Also I hear of a ground strap that connects to the ecu, I didnt noticed any other than the 3 bolts that connect the ecu to the brace. Also after the car is warmed up, the car drive and idles fine. Let me know your help is greatly needed. Thanks.

-Post info of your car will help other to help you find the problem.

-You might want to check out the cam angle sensor and it's harness.

It's a 1990 GSX, with 130K. All other info has been posted as to what I have done to it. Thanks.

did you check you battery voltage??
it might be going out since you say you have relays clicking on and off.

Well looks like I'm not getting any fuel pressure upon initial startup. I have a B&M Fuel pressure gauge and when the key turned to the on position, no pressure is built up. I also noticed a fuel leak coming from the line connecting to the fuel pressure regulator. Also fuel pressure drop off 1-2 psi ever 30-40 seconds. I just ordered a new fuel pressure regulator and will be replacing the fuel return line to see if that fixes the problem. I'll let you guys know in a couple of days. Can I fuel pump relay be bad as well? Let me here your guy's thoughts. I'm almost there to have my DSM back on the road! ;)

-Should also check the seals of the fuel injectors, they dry up after awhile and won't provide good seal any more, the ECU rely on the signal from the cam angle sensor to determent when to open the fuel injectors and fire the spark plug, if the signal is inaccurate, althought you have fuel and spark, the motor still won't start because of wrong timing.
