Well like the title says I need to figure out a way to unlock the steering column so I can pull my car.... or is there a way i can bypass the ignition to unlock it some how or some kind of switch anything! If you have any idea how to do this let me know I lost my key and am not going to pay$85 for another key for a car that im not going to drive since my tranny is out and i'm parting out my car. Anyways please help!

I would go with busting the ignition. It is a very easy 3 step process.

1) Buy a 12 pack of Bud Light at any local gas station.

2) Drink them all as fast as you can so you wont realize what you are doing.

3)Get a hammer and located the key hole and start swinging. Within about 15-30 sec your steering column will unlock. For a more exact time on the hammer swinging look in your hanes auto manual.

Take your VIN number, proof of registration and ID to the dealer. They'll cut you a key. Try Dodge/Chrysler first, then Mitsubishi. If that doesn't work, the key number is on the cylinder of the passenger door lock, inside the door. Then any shop with a Curtis Key Clipper can make you a new one.
