well just like the post says my 1g is going down hill.... did a compression test and head is pretty nice i was happy with the numbers 145-150-145-145 but did a leak down test and im losing 55%-5%-15%-20% b/c my rings....my question is what should i do?? what are my options???

You have alot of options. Just depends on how deep your pockets are.

For a cheap build get some .020 over 2g pistons and have them put on your 1g rods (good for ~500hp) get the block bored and have your head cleaned up, head studs and MLS headgasket....you should be good to go.

For an expensive build theres just too many options to list.

i really don't want to spend ridiculous amount of money but i also dont want the cheap route and not be reliable....but i would look into doing this

Ok, it's kinda ghetto, but it's always worked for me. A can of Restore.

If you need a rebuild, you might as well try it. It's always brought compression back to every engine I've tried it on, and you don't have anything to loose.
