hey guys i have a HKS UICP and i just got a blitz BOV. however due to the routing of the pipe, AFTER i drilled the holles to mate upto the 1g flange (already on the HKS pipe) i noticed that this pipe was not gonna let me put the bolts for the blitz (clearance inssues since the bolts go underneath the blitz bov).

what kinda UICP are the guys who r using the blitz DD running? dejon tool? my car has no ABS but the cruise control sits there in place of the ABS so i'd have to get the pipe that clears the ABS unit.

all you other guys, what kinda UICP are you running? i might trade my HKS pipe for another pipe if anyone is interested too.

Couldn't you just grind out the holes so you can slide the bolts in from the side like on a fan assembly. I would't think it would have a problem leaking because we had to do that to a friend of mine's car when he turbo'd his RSX.

i have the apexi uicp with a crushed 1g bov. if you have to buy the flange and hack one off and weld the other one on. are you trying to make an adapter plate?

making the holes to were you can sliude it like a radiator would probably not work because you want a complete seal. that might become a major problem and cause boost leaks.

some pics might also help.

well i have the choice to make an adapter plate or just buy a whole new pipe.

an adapter plate would bolt onto the 1g flange and then i'd have a countersink in it to bury the allen bolt head on the bov.... bah too much work, anyone have pics of a 1g UICP dejon tool with ABS?

For 90 Cars with cruise control i hear you need to buy a UICP designed for ABS...Well thats what i've been researching. I was thinking of going with the Dejon Tool ABS pipe or Straightline Specialties pipe.
