420A Two ECUs one potentially tuned

So when i first got my car i had two different ecus, i was told one would be tuned, i still have both, im currently running one if the two, the previous owner doesnt know wether the ecu was swapped or not between the two. Basically im just trying to ask where i could see which of the two has a tune, or anything special? Could i go to a dealership maybe and they could help me?

I not aware of any of the factory 420A ECUs being tunable but I'm not a 2gNT guy. Do you have pictures of them?

Have you tried opening them up to see if there’s anything different between the two?

There isn't much you can do with a 2GNT ecu. You might have been lied to. Unless he got scammed on Ebay for a factory ecu that was claimed to be "tuned"
